3. Exchange Rate Fixing Rules

Please pay attention to the key rule of our operation:

• Rate on the website: Is indicative (orientational). It reflects the current market situation but may change at any moment.
• Rate Fixation: A guaranteed rate is provided ONLY when using the “Reservation” service (via a request on the website or messenger) and receiving confirmation from a manager with a request number.

Without prior reservation, the exchange is performed at the current rate displayed on the board in the office at the moment of the transaction.
