2. Data Collection and Purpose

A. Data provided directly by you

When creating a reservation or contacting us, we process:

Name and Surname: For client identification at the branch.
Contact Details: For confirmation and sending reservation numbers.
Transaction Details & VIP Status: Currency pair, amount, and VIP card information.

Special Exchange Rate Rules: Since April 1, 2019, all clients receive a discounted rate for exchanges of 1,000 EUR or more. Existing VIP cardholders receive a discounted rate for any amount. Exchange rates for amounts below 1,000 EUR are displayed on screens at our branch. Online tables show rates for transactions exceeding 1,000 EUR.

B. Automatically collected technical data

We record IP addresses, browser types, visit times, and cookies for security and analytical purposes (e.g., Google Analytics).

3. Data Retention

Inquiry Data: Up to 30 days.
AML & Accounting Data: Stored for 10 years as required by Act No. 253/2008 Coll.

4. Third-Party Transfers

We do not sell your data. Transfers occur only to state authorities (Police, Financial Analytical Office) or IT service providers under strict confidentiality.

We use SSL/TLS encryption, restricted database access, and regular security updates.
